Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and support daily production line activities to ensure continuous workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Assist in the operation and basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Ensure all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with team leaders to report production output and any immediate operational issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as required.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule (if necessary).
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
