Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production line operations to achieve output volume, yield, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a shift team of production operators, ensuring clear communication of goals and performance expectations.
- Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Halal Assurance System (SJH), and ISO safety standards.
- Monitor machinery operations and collaborate with the maintenance department to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Implement and champion workplace safety protocols (K3) on the production floor to maintain a zero-accident working environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.
- Prepare accurate shift production reports, tracking key KPIs, raw material utilization, and scrap rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal certification standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven track record of managing shift-based teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S tools, and process optimization.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts at our Karawang manufacturing plant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
