As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure optimal output and product quality.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document production activities, equipment performance, and maintenance logs accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for major machine overhauls and technical troubleshooting.
- Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, or automated manufacturing lines is a significant advantage.
- Able to work in a shift-based environment and maintain physical stamina for production tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive communication, and ability to work effectively within a team.
