Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor advanced glass processing machinery to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Maintain optimal process stability by regularly checking machine settings and calibration.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections throughout the production process to minimize defects.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets safely.
- Document production data accurately and report any operational irregularities to the shift supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols in the factory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or Production Technician, preferably in the glass or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production machinery operation and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify quality deviations quickly.
- Physical stamina to handle machine operation tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
