Tanggung Jawab
- Operate large passenger buses safely and efficiently following established routes and schedules.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all passengers, assisting with boarding and luggage handling.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical reliability and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all Indonesian traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly passenger cabin throughout the duration of every trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and management regarding route updates, traffic conditions, or mechanical issues.
- Complete accurate trip logs, passenger manifests, and fuel consumption documentation daily.
Kualifikasi
- Valid B1 or B2 General Driver's License (SIM B1/B2 Umum) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in tourism or public transportation.
- Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety standards in Banten and surrounding areas.
- Excellent physical health and ability to pass regular medical check-ups.
- Disciplined, punctual, and possessing a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-traffic or challenging road conditions.
- Professional appearance and polite communication skills.
