Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restaurant areas including dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including floor scrubbing, window washing, and surface disinfection
- Manage inventory and replenish cleaning supplies efficiently
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Ensure waste disposal procedures are followed correctly and sustainably
Kualifikasi
- Previous cleaning experience in hospitality or commercial environments preferred
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
- Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance record
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia or English
- Physical stamina to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
