PT Tri Medika Tunas Mitra is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Driver to join our dynamic team in Semarang. In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and punctuality of our logistical and transport needs. We are looking for an individual who embodies integrity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic to support our company's mission.
As our primary Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet's standards, navigating routes effectively, and providing exceptional service to our internal team and partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Semarang area and a clean driving record, ensuring all trips are completed safely and in accordance with traffic laws.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport staff, goods, or materials to designated destinations.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks (oil, tires, fuel, and fluid levels).
- Keep vehicle interiors and exteriors clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain accurate logs of all trips, fuel consumption, and mileage for operational reporting.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols rigorously.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A or B1) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of Semarang and surrounding area traffic routes and shortcuts.
- Demonstrated ability to be honest, punctual, and highly responsible.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward colleagues and clients.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is considered an advantage.
