Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely delivery of goods to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all transport activities
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly to management
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and transit time
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A/B) with minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Physical ability to handle goods and operate vehicles in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with Surabaya road network and surrounding areas
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
