Maxi Group, a leader in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Professional Driver to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bekasi. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and secure transport of goods across the Jabodetabek area.
The ideal candidate is an expert navigator with a strong commitment to road safety and vehicle maintenance. If you have a clean driving record, a deep understanding of Jakarta and Bekasi traffic patterns, and a dedication to professionalism, we want to hear from you. You will be operating company vehicles, maintaining accurate delivery logs, and serving as a key representative of Maxi Group on the road.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations within Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tires, and overall mechanical condition before operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Document all trips, mileage, and fuel consumption accurately in the company logbook.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics staff to coordinate pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensure that all cargo is loaded, secured, and unloaded safely to prevent damage.
- Report any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or traffic incidents to management immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid SIM B1 or B2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of roads, traffic conditions, and shortcuts throughout Jakarta and Bekasi.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Good physical health and fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required.
- Ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia clearly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or overtime if required by operational demands.
