Sinar Cemaramas Abadi is currently seeking a reliable, disciplined, and professional Driver to join our logistics and operational team in Surabaya. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of personnel, goods, and executive staff.
We are looking for a versatile individual who is comfortable with a mobile, fast-paced environment and is willing to adapt to various driving assignments, including operational support, corporate/executive transport, and logistics/delivery duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent road safety knowledge, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility toward vehicle maintenance and passenger safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for various purposes, including operational needs, executive transport, and goods delivery.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with directors, staff, and clients.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil, fuel, tires, and overall engine condition before every trip.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is handled accurately and submitted on time.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company transit schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain flexibility regarding schedules and assignments as required by operational demands.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM B1, as required by vehicle type).
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of Surabaya traffic regulations and major routes.
- Disciplined, punctual, and highly professional in appearance and conduct.
- Willingness to perform a variety of driving roles (multi-tasking between operational, delivery, and executive).
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
