As a Florist, you will be the heart of our floral shop, responsible for crafting beautiful arrangements that bring joy to our customers. Whether it's creating bespoke bouquets for special occasions or maintaining the freshness and presentation of our daily inventory, your artistic touch will be essential to our brand. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses a keen eye for color and texture, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and assemble professional floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for various occasions.
- Maintain the health and longevity of fresh flowers and plants through proper trimming, watering, and temperature control.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and coordinating with local flower vendors.
- Provide personalized floral recommendations to customers based on their preferences and occasion requirements.
- Ensure the retail display area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process customer transactions and manage basic POS operations with accuracy.
- Support with event setup, delivery preparation, and shop maintenance duties.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar floral design role.
- Strong artistic flair and a deep understanding of color theory and floral composition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to handling floral inventory.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and inventory management.
- High level of creativity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
