Tanggung Jawab
- Host and lead daily livestreaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Showcase and demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
- Interact with live viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and building community rapport.
- Drive sales conversions through persuasive communication and execution of live promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop creative scripts and engaging stream flows.
- Monitor live stream metrics and adjust hosting techniques to optimize viewer retention and engagement.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of the live studio environment to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly on-camera presence.
- Previous experience in livestreaming, hosting, acting, or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy levels during long broadcast sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade a diverse audience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, based on peak traffic times.
- Proficient in understanding digital trends and social media platform algorithms.
