Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, record observations, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and the broader healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment procedures, and post-care recovery steps.
- Ensure that all clinical equipment is maintained and that safety standards are strictly followed.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide immediate clinical intervention when required.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan).
- Possess a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience; fresh graduates with strong internship performance are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
