Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with clinic standards and TCM protocols.
- Administer treatments, monitor patient vitals, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Assist medical practitioners during specialized TCM procedures and modern diagnostic testing.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized clinical environment to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic health solutions.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is calibrated and ready for use.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Nursing License (STR) in Indonesia.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing.
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a deep sense of empathy and patient-centered focus.
- Willingness to learn and integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine practices with modern care.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
