Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily departmental tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and project teams.
- Execute technical maintenance, machine operations, or logistics support as per specific role requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, marketing performance, or inventory levels.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards across all work processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree for Marketing/Administrative roles.
- Minimum D1 degree for specialized administrative support.
- Minimum SMK Teknik (Technical Vocational High School) for Mechanic and Operator roles.
- Strong proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Prior work experience in related industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Discipline, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
