Tanggung Jawab
- Execute professional property photography sessions for residential and commercial listings
- Operate drones safely to capture high-resolution aerial imagery and video footage
- Edit and retouch photos/videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Manage photography equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce seasonal campaigns and virtual tours
- Stay current on drone regulations and emerging photography technologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate photography/videography
- CFA-certified drone pilot license (or equivalent FAA/ICAO certification)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and aerial photography work
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and visual storytelling techniques
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
