Bali Super Host, the leading name in villa management in Bali, is looking for a dedicated Poolman Staff to join our team in Ubud. We manage a portfolio of premium properties, and we take immense pride in ensuring our guest experiences are flawless from the moment they arrive.
As a Poolman Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our villa pools. You will be responsible for water chemistry, debris removal, and ensuring that our luxury properties consistently meet our high-standard cleanliness protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular cleaning and vacuuming of swimming pools and surrounding deck areas.
- Monitor and balance water chemistry, including pH levels, chlorine, and other essential treatments.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and lighting systems.
- Report any mechanical issues or repairs needed to the maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure all pool cleaning tools and chemicals are stored safely and correctly.
- Maintain accurate logs of chemical usage and maintenance schedules for each assigned property.
- Support general property maintenance tasks as required during peak villa turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or a similar property maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule across multiple locations in Ubud.
- Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in tropical weather.
- A proactive attitude with high attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of pump repairs and troubleshooting is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid motorbike driver's license and own transportation.
