Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute professional photoshoots for high-end residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
- Conduct professional photo editing and color grading to ensure images meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and clients to stage properties for optimal visual appeal.
- Manage equipment maintenance and stay updated with the latest photography trends and techniques.
- Create engaging visual content for marketing brochures, social media, and digital property listings.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-resolution digital assets while maintaining strict quality control.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new concepts for property showcases.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in interior, architectural, or luxury lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of artificial and natural lighting techniques for indoor environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with property owners and stakeholders.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sense.
- Ability to travel within Kuala Lumpur and manage a flexible work schedule.
