- Maintain detailed records of guest treatments and personal preferences.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar wellness role.
- Certification in Massage Therapy or related vocational training.
- Deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest hospitality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
