Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for global manufacturing and fashion supply chain management? Pungkook Indonesia One is seeking a dynamic Professional Staff Merchandiser to join our team in Grobogan. In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between our production floor and international brand partners, ensuring that every garment meets the highest standards of quality, timeline efficiency, and profitability.
You will manage end-to-end product development and production tracking, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire merchandising process from development stage through bulk production.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality control departments to ensure timely shipments.
- Analyze production schedules and track real-time progress to mitigate potential delays.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with international buyers regarding order status and technical specifications.
- Monitor cost structures and ensure adherence to budget requirements for all assigned projects.
- Coordinate material sourcing and sample approvals to meet critical path deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production efficiency and order fulfillment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the garment or footwear manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for international buyer communication.
- In-depth understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and production flow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
