KEM is seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director to serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, alignment, and execution of our core programs, ensuring we deliver maximum impact within the community service and development sector.
As the Program Director, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our projectsāfrom conceptualization through to evaluation. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and community partners. Your ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation will be key to the organization's sustainable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of community development programs.
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director, aligning organizational goals with program objectives.
- Manage annual budgets and ensure financial accountability for all program activities.
- Monitor program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comprehensive impact reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and mentor program staff to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Identify new opportunities for program expansion and organizational growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Public Administration, Social Work, International Development, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or nonprofit leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale community development projects in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, fundraising, and donor relations.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a deep commitment to social impact.
