Radio Mindanao Network, Inc. is seeking a visionary and strategic Program Director to lead our broadcast operations in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. As the heartbeat of the station, you will be responsible for curating a dynamic programming schedule that resonates deeply with the local culture while maintaining high standards of quality and engagement. This role requires a blend of creative expertise and strong leadership skills to oversee all on-air content, production teams, and station operations.
In this pivotal position, you will serve as the primary architect of the station's brand voice. You will work closely with the management team to define programming strategies that drive audience growth and retention. Your leadership will directly impact the station's reputation and its ability to serve the community effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive programming strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement in the Cagayan region.
- Oversee the daily production of on-air content, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and adherence to station standards.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of DJs, producers, and support staff, fostering a professional and creative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance the technical and creative skills of the broadcast team.
- Monitor market trends and audience feedback to adjust programming schedules and content themes accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to align programming with commercial objectives and community initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in radio broadcasting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing successful radio formats and managing large-scale programming schedules.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of broadcast equipment, software, and industry best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Valid license to operate in the Philippines (if applicable).
