Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of projects within the manufacturing schedule.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing communications, project updates, and feedback loops.
- Proactively identify, document, and report any quality issues or production defects to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical roadblocks and process inefficiencies.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project statuses, client requirements, and quality audit trails.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align departmental goals with client specifications and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management or account management within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and manufacturing process controls.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and provide actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure environments and prioritize multiple client programs simultaneously.
