Join the Clinton Health Access Initiative Indonesia (CHAI) in bridging critical implementation gaps in public health systems. As a Program Officer for Prevention and Immunization, you'll drive transformative health outcomes across Indonesia by supporting four strategic pillars: Technical Regulation and Budgeting, Community Engagement, Data Management, and Supply Chain Optimization. You'll collaborate with government partners, healthcare providers, and community leaders to strengthen immunization programs, enhance preventive care access, and ensure sustainable health infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement evidence-based immunization programs aligned with national health policies
- Provide technical assistance to government partners on preventive health strategies and budgeting
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives to increase vaccine accessibility and health awareness
- Analyze program data to identify gaps and optimize resource allocation
- Train healthcare workers on immunization protocols and preventive care standards
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Liaise with NGOs, donors, and international health organizations to align program objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in program management with health/immunization focus
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience in health data interpretation
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of WHO immunization guidelines and Indonesian health systems
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience
