Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities between production, marketing, and external vendors.
- Oversee the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, vetting, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure project deliverables are achieved within set deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and vendor performance evaluations for management review.
- Manage procurement documentation, purchase orders, and contract renewals to ensure operational continuity.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain or project roadmap.
- Maintain an organized database of approved vendors and service agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, execution-driven mindset.
