Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard methodologies
- Monitor project progress against budget and timeline, providing regular status reports
- Coordinate between engineering, production, and quality assurance departments
- Implement risk management strategies to address potential project delays
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
- Manage documentation including project plans, change orders, and closure reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project control experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
