Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from contract initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, ISO, local health authority standards)
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control mechanisms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device project management
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Deep understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
