Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional with a passion for international project management? Smoore Technology Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our expanding manufacturing team in Purwosari, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key bridge between our operations in China and our Indonesian facility.
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the seamless transfer and implementation of manufacturing projects. You will oversee technical documentation, coordinate cross-functional communications, and ensure that our production lines meet the high-quality standards expected of Smoore Technology. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project transfer processes from China to the Indonesia facility.
- Coordinate with technical teams in China to ensure clear communication of specifications and operational requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time production launch.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks or bottlenecks during the equipment or process transfer.
- Collaborate with local production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes.
- Conduct regular progress reporting to management regarding transfer status and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a multi-national company.
- Proven track record in managing project transfers, new product introduction (NPI), or manufacturing scale-ups.
- Strong command of English; ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (Mandarin language proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Deep understanding of production workflows, lean manufacturing, and quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Purwosari, Jawa Timur.
