Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure completion within specified timelines and budget constraints
- Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final deliverables
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented
- Lead problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions when project challenges arise
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or facility management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software and technical drawing tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
- Experience in the memorial services or real estate industry is preferred
