Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align supply schedules with project requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and material flow efficiency.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on supply chain metrics and inventory turnover rates.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
