Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end OEM/ODM product development projects from ideation to commercial launch
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines with critical path analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation with quarterly variance analysis
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning for project delays
- Generate executive progress reports with KPI tracking and milestone achievements
- Optimize project workflows using industry-standard methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party manufacturing partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing project supervision
- Proven expertise in OEM/ODM product development lifecycle management
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Exceptional leadership abilities with cross-functional team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
