Elevate the B2B Soft Ice Cream Landscape with Alpen Food Industry
Alpen Food Industry is a leading force in the frozen dessert sector, and we are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager for B2B Soft Ice Cream to accelerate our growth in the Indonesian market. As a Project Manager, you will act as the primary architect for our B2B expansion. Your mission is to identify high-potential key accounts, design tailored solutions that integrate our premium soft ice cream products into their business models, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of these sales projects. This role requires a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined project management to ensure that our strategic partnerships are not only established but are sustainably profitable and operationally sound.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a robust B2B growth strategy specifically for the soft ice cream business segment.
- Identify, target, and acquire high-value key accounts within the HORECA and corporate sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales projects, from initial lead generation to contract signing and implementation.
- Manage and nurture strategic partnerships to ensure long-term client retention and brand loyalty.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment installation and product delivery.
- Monitor and report on monthly sales KPIs, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals to C-suite stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Project Management.
- Strong background in the F&B or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value corporate deals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable business plans.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits within the Jakarta area.
