Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of survey and data analytics projects within the call centre environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and data protection standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, operations, and external vendors.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within a call centre, contact centre, or operations environment.
  • Proven track record in managing data analytics projects, including survey design, data visualization, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of call centre metrics (e.g., AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS) and operational workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on government or public sector projects is an added advantage.
