Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for packaging printing initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and suppliers to ensure clear communication.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and status updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing or printing industry.
- Mandarin proficiency (speaking and reading) is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
