We are currently seeking a seasoned, results-driven Project Manager MEP to take the helm of our most critical MEP works across the Greater Jakarta area.
This pivotal CONTRACT position offers a unique opportunity for a visionary engineering leader to own the technical and strategic success of landmark projects. You will champion the full lifecycle of complex MEP systemsâfrom initial design coordination and value engineering through procurement, installation, testing, and final handover.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end MEP scope of large-scale construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, including resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk management frameworks for MEP systems.
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP works with civil and architectural scopes.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections to monitor progress, quality assurance, and occupational health & safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage contract administration, including variation orders, progress claims, and final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, cost forecasts, and executive summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience specifically in MEP project management for high-rise buildings or complex infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MEP projects on time and within budget.
- Deep, practical understanding of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations (K3), and MEP industry standards.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, fully fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- PMP, IPMA, or equivalent formal project management certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a relentless attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
