Are you a strategic Project Manager looking to make a tangible impact in the financial sector? Bank of America is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Data, Reporting & Operations Management (DROM) team. In this role, you will spearhead regulatory reporting change and transformation initiatives specifically tailored for the APAC region. As a key member of our Global Operations line of business, you will be responsible for the delivery, control, and optimization of critical reporting frameworks. You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of transformational projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex regulatory reporting projects from initiation through closure across the APAC region.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Risk, to ensure seamless integration of new reporting systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal governance standards and external regulatory frameworks such as MAS, FCA, or SEC requirements.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations to drive project success.
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, compliance standards, and financial regulations.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale change management and transformation projects.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
