Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end shipbuilding projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations (IMO, Class Societies)
- Manage project budgets and control cost variations
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning for technical and operational challenges
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipbuilding project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex vessel construction projects
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and classification society requirements
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent qualification preferred
