Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Officer (Organic Chemistry) to join our dynamic research team. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and synthesize novel organic molecules to meet specific project requirements.
- Optimize crystallization processes through systematic experimentation and parameter screening.
- Characterize synthesized compounds using analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and XRD.
- Maintain precise laboratory records and ensure full compliance with institutional safety and environmental standards.
- Analyze experimental data, troubleshoot synthesis pathways, and present findings in group meetings.
- Contribute to the drafting of research papers, progress reports, and grant applications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scale up processes for industrial or translational applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in organic synthesis and laboratory techniques.
- Hands-on experience with crystallization technologies and polymorphism studies is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using analytical instrumentation (e.g., NMR, Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing research needs.
