Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistical plans for complex, large-scale project cargo shipments.
- Manage end-to-end operations to ensure timelines, safety standards, and customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with local and international stakeholders, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for heavy-lift and oversized cargo movements.
- Ensure full compliance with local transportation laws, customs regulations, and international shipping protocols.
- Monitor and optimize service availability to drive cost-efficiency and operational excellence.
- Provide detailed reporting on project progress, budget status, and potential operational risks.
- Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project cargo, freight forwarding, or heavy-lift transportation.
- Strong knowledge of international freight regulations, customs clearance processes, and multi-modal logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard logistics software (ERP/WMS).
- Proven ability to analyze operational data and optimize service delivery workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under high-pressure scenarios.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
