Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyze project requirements and allocate resources efficiently across construction sites
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and budget adherence
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for project components
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning within construction or infrastructure
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
