Are you a creative professional with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and event production? SM Supermalls is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Propsman to join our dynamic team at SM City Nuvali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our visual installations, event staging, and mall activations, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and flair.
As a Propsman, you will collaborate with our marketing and events teams to transform concepts into reality. You will be responsible for the sourcing, assembly, maintenance, and storage of various props and display materials that elevate the customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about art, design, and interior styling.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of seasonal displays, mall activations, and marketing events.
- Source, create, and maintain high-quality props and decorative materials according to design briefs.
- Ensure all installation sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure props are delivered and installed on schedule.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of props and display equipment to maintain optimal condition.
- Manage inventory of display materials, tools, and decorative accessories.
- Provide technical support during live events and mall promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or a degree in Arts, Design, Architecture, or any related creative field.
- Proven experience in prop making, carpentry, visual merchandising, or stage production is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and basic construction techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work during mall hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts for event setups.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic and visual composition.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks associated with event installation.
