As a key member of our sales team, you'll combine technical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to identify patient needs, recommend appropriate assistive devices, and provide comprehensive medical education. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, medical professionals, and patients throughout Palembang and surrounding areas. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and assess patient needs for prosthetic and orthotic devices through consultation with healthcare professionals and direct patient interaction
- Promote and sell appropriate assistive technology solutions to healthcare facilities and individual patients
- Provide comprehensive medical education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding proper device usage and maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff and patients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure product effectiveness and patient satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in prosthetics or orthotics
- Strong knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic devices, materials, and fitting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-medical audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance reimbursement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
