Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of project cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for various project components.
- Support in managing project costs and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Contribute to the tender and procurement processes, including documentation and evaluation.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records.
- Aid in the valuation of variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings to gather relevant data and insights.
- Develop basic negotiation skills through supervised interactions with suppliers and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methodologies, cost control principles, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
