Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to employees experiencing mental health challenges
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and organizational stakeholders to coordinate care
- Develop and implement mental health education programs for the workplace
- Stay current with research and best practices in psychotherapy and mental health
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Valid license or certification as a psychotherapist in Indonesia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of workplace mental health challenges and interventions
