Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily purchase administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Conduct physical inspection and preliminary evaluation of luxury goods items.
- Participate in intensive training sessions to learn professional authentication techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and databases for all purchased luxury assets.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure seamless transaction workflows.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for potential inventory acquisitions.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company quality and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong interest in luxury goods, fashion, or retail secondary markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.
