Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage end-to-end sourcing activities specifically for localization projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supplier integration.
- Oversee supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks in the procurement pipeline.
- Manage cost-control strategies to optimize the budget for localization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and vendor database records.
- Support regular audits and internal reporting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or project planning, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed sourcing decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of localization processes and local supply chain regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
