Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on quality and cost criteria
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to production facilities
- Conduct regular supplier visits to assess capabilities and compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Analyze market trends to optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to travel to supplier locations as required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics advantageous
