Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to delivery.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to identify material requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and inventory control standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement within the logistics/warehousing industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, purchasing procedures, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
