Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase order creation, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Process invoices, verify delivery documentation, and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate supplier performance
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate monthly reports for budget analysis
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and supply chain best practices
- Ability to work independently under deadlines while maintaining collaborative relationships
