Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase order creation, vendor negotiations, and contract management
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
  • Process invoices, verify delivery documentation, and ensure timely payments to suppliers
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate supplier performance
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate monthly reports for budget analysis
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
