In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement processes, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and on schedule.

As our Purchasing Administrator, you will handle end-to-end procurement documentation, coordinate with local and international vendors, and maintain accurate inventory records. We are looking for someone who thrives in a manufacturing and logistics environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a sharp eye for administrative precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process from requisition to delivery tracking.
  • Maintain and update the database of approved vendors, including monitoring performance and pricing agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and operational supplies.
  • Review invoices and shipping documents for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Assist the procurement team in conducting market research to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality sourcing.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports on purchasing activities, spending patterns, and supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with strong negotiation skills and high ethical standards.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Utara.
